Ambassador Program
This exciting program is designed to provide you with the absolute best automotive buying and service experience. The Ambassador Program ensures that you, along with your immediate family members, receive the absolute best price from all MileOne dealerships on automotive purchases, sales or service. You and your immediate family members can expect excellent customer service, care and attention throughout the entire buying experience...before, during and after the sale.
Once you are hired, your name will be added to our list to receive Ambassador cards to enable you to utilize the Ambassador Program. You will also receive our monthly Ambassador newsletter.
Employee Referral Program
If you are a Hall employee, you can earn up to $500 for referring an external applicant who is hired to qualifying position at Hall.
After your referral has been hired, you will receive $250 on your next regularly scheduled paycheck. You then will receive another $250 after the new hire has been employed for 6 consecutive months. Rules of program apply.
Free Events
Hall Automotive supports our community. From time to time we are provided with tickets and passes to certain community events such as the Air Show, local concerts and other venues. We also obtain passes for Busch Gardens, Tides games and concerts at the Virginia Beach Amphitheater. Most of these are distributed to employees on a random drawing basis.
